NICU "hearts" (or scent/bonding hearts) are small, fabric hearts, usually made of cotton flannel, that help premature or sick babies in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit bond with their parents by sharing scents, as parents wear them against their skin and then place them in the baby's incubator. These NICU Bonding Hearts are being donated to Children's Hospital in Omaha.
